Will you accept the 21-day challenge?
On 1 May, Marta and I embarked on our 21-day Yoga Challenge - we’ll practise yoga every day for 21 days as according to some, that’s how long it takes to build a habit.
We’ve each practised yoga for a couple of years, but are far from experts. As aspiring yogis, we hope that this challenge will elevate our practise, inspire well-being and motivate us to continue with the habit, daily.
