A Change Impact Assessment (CIA) helps you understand how change will affect your people, your teams and ways of working. It highlights what will feel different, who will be most affected, and the support needed to help people adapt.

Reviewing engagement levels, insights from teams and Change Champions, and progress against programme goals helps highlight what’s working and where additional support may be needed.
