The rollout of the new platform, People Hub powered by Dayforce, consolidated HR, payroll, recruitment, and learning into one modern system.
Juniper was tasked with delivering a change management and communications programme to build confidence and drive early adoption, including stakeholder engagement, change and communications governance, training support, and a targeted communications campaign.

Our team combined four specialist roles, each bringing unique expertise, delivering clarity, confidence, and impact throughout the rollout.
Change champions
The creation of a network of over 80 Change Champions was distinctive and impactful. This network became the bridge between the People Team and the wider business, amplifying communications, strengthening adoption, and ensuring the rollout was not just a technical implementation but a cultural shift.
Identity and ownership
Giving the system its own identity was critical. While powered by Dayforce, the RLDatix team wanted a name that reflected its cultural shift from “HR” to “People.” Following consultation, we landed on ‘People Hub’.
Communications campaign
- Designed as a clear journey: awareness – understanding – changes in thinking and ultimately, changes in behaviour.
- Short, easy-to-digest videos, alongside a comprehensive Glossary and FAQ updated throughout and accessed via the company intranet, encouraged self-service learning without overload.
- Consistent, repeated messaging, built reassurance and confidence across the organisation well ahead of launch.
- Production of high-level process maps helped employees visualise new workflows, understanding how they would improve efficiency and accuracy.
