We’re bringing people together for a 45-minute Teams discussion to explore how people are navigating uncertainty at work.

At the recent CIPD Festival of Work, one theme came through strongly: uncertainty is now a constant in how we work and lead. We’d love to continue that conversation, drawing on real experiences, perspectives, and practical ideas from across our network. 

In the session, we’ll explore:

• How you feel about AI – unsure where to start, or already using it in your day-to-day work? 
• How you are navigating personal change – building your skill set, focusing on where you add value, or managing the pace of change? 
• What’s proving most challenging — or most useful — right now
