We were proud to lead the communications workstream on a major IT transformation programme for KPMG Europe, supporting 30,000 staff as they transitioned to a new finance and HR system.
We went on to shape the engagement and communications programme for KPMG’s large-scale London office move, helping 3,000 people transition smoothly from five offices into two – moving not only location but also from offices to open-plan, from paper to paperless, and from individual desks to hot-desks.
