Nicki’s ambition to grow continues. In 2024, we introduced a new team structure with dedicated Account Managers supporting each client, working alongside Programme Coordinators to strengthen and enhance the service we provide.

We also added a full-time Marketing role to deepen our referral marketing. This enhanced team supports both existing clients and new partnerships, such as PSAA and Propertymark, growing our client base while continuing to serve our long-standing relationships.
